Payout Information: Wallet addresses (e.g., Binance Pay ID, Mobile Wallet Numbers) strictly for reward distribution. We DO NOT collect or store bank account numbers, credit card details, or SWIFT codes.
Customer Support: Information provided when you contact us for help.
Identity Verification (KYC): For security, high-volume withdrawals may require verification. This is conducted via a Secure External Web Portal hosted on our business domain. We do not store raw government ID images on the App’s local database.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Device Information: Device model, operating system (OS), screen size, unique device identifiers (IMEI/Android ID), and network carrier.
Security & Integrity Data: To prevent cheating and protect advertisers, we detect the presence of Rooting, Jailbreaking, Emulators, VPNs, or Proxy servers.
Usage Data: App launch time, session duration, interaction with posts, and reward task history.
Location Data (Coarse): We collect approximate location data (based on IP address and SIM Country Code) to verify reward eligibility and serve region-specific ads. We DO NOT collect precise GPS coordinates.
Advertising ID: Google Advertising ID (GAID) for personalized ad experiences and attribution. - App Permissions
To function correctly, IQ Social may request the following permissions on your Android device:
INTERNET: To connect to our servers and load content.
CAMERA: Required only if you choose to take a photo for your profile or post.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to upload photos/videos from your gallery.
AD_ID: To serve relevant advertisements and track reward progress.
(You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings, but some features may not function properly.) - How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery: To operate the “Mood Match” system, newsfeed, and chat features.

Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active.
Deleted Accounts: If you request account deletion, your personal identifiers are removed from our active servers within 30 days.
Exceptions: We may retain specific transaction records (e.g., payout history) and fraud logs (e.g., banned device IDs) for a longer period to comply with legal/financial obligations and to prevent banned users from returning.

Navigating to Settings > Delete Account within the App (Instant).
