1. Introduction
Welcome to IQ Social (“App”), operated by IQ Social (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using, downloading, or installing this App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to the App, including all social features, engagement rewards, and virtual services. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
IQ Social operates in compliance with applicable local and international regulations under valid trade authorization.
2. Definitions
”Coins/Points”: Virtual in-app points representing engagement value. These points are not real currency, hold no cash value outside the App, and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred to other users.
”Redemption”: The process of exchanging eligible Points for digital rewards or external transfers via authorized third-party partners (e.g., Mobile Wallets, Crypto Wallets) as a token of appreciation for loyalty.
”Premium Services”: Features such as unlocking private chats or viewing specific profiles that may require redeeming Points.
3. Eligibility & Account Integrity
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
One Account Rule: Only one account per individual/device is allowed. Creating duplicate accounts will result in a permanent ban.
Device Security: To ensure a fair environment, the App will not function on Rooted devices, Jailbroken devices, or devices using emulators. Accessing the app via such methods is a violation of these Terms.
4. Earning Policy (Engagement Rules)
Points are earned naturally through organic engagement, which includes:
Social Activity: Liking content, sharing posts, and uploading videos.
Mood Match: Participating in mood-based discovery sessions.
Daily Usage: Spending active time within the App.
Disclaimer: We DO NOT offer rewards for merely clicking on advertisements. Points are awarded solely for genuine user engagement, content creation, and time spent on the platform.
5. Redemption & Verification Rules
Users may request to redeem their Points upon reaching the minimum threshold.
Verification: Before processing a redemption, users may be required to complete identity verification or final activity validation steps to prove they are human and not a bot.
Processing Partners: We facilitate reward distribution via authorized third-party partners (e.g., Binance Pay, Local Mobile Wallets). We are NOT a bank or financial institution.
Fraud Check: We reserve the right to deny or cancel redemption requests if any fraudulent activity (e.g., self-referral, script usage, VPN) is detected.
Transaction Fees: Standard blockchain gas fees or mobile wallet processing charges may be deducted from the final amount by the payment gateway.
6. Virtual Services: Chat & Interaction
Initiating private conversations with matched users is a Premium Feature.
Unlock Mechanism: Users can unlock a chat by either: (a) Voluntarily watching a rewarded video ad (if available), OR (b) Using earned Points from their wallet.
Non-Refundable: Points used to unlock a conversation are non-refundable, even if the recipient does not reply.
7. Fraud & Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance)
To maintain a fair ecosystem, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban without prior notice:
Using VPNs, Proxies, or GPS spoofing tools.
Using Rooted devices or Emulators.
Using Ad Blockers or automated bots/scripts (Clickers).
Creating fake accounts to manipulate the referral system.
8. Advertising Policy
Ads managed by our authorized partners (e.g., Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network) may appear within the App.
Users are never forced to watch ads to earn functional rewards (except for voluntary premium unlocks).
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
9. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
You are responsible for any content (videos, photos, text) you upload.
Strictly Prohibited: You agree NOT to upload content that contains:
Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
Hate speech, harassment, violence, or illegal acts.
Copyrighted material that you do not own. Rights: We reserve the right to remove any content and ban users violating these rules immediately.
10. User Interactions & Safety
Respect: Harassment, bullying, or spamming other users is strictly prohibited.
Social Discovery Warning: The “Mood Match” feature connects users based on interests. IQ Social does not conduct criminal background checks. You agree to use caution when interacting with strangers. Sharing personal contact information (Phone, Address) is at your own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
By posting within the App, you grant IQ Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform for operational purposes. You retain ownership of your original content.
12. Data Rights & Deletion (New Policy)
We respect your privacy.
Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the “Settings > Delete Account” option in the App or by contacting support.
Retention: Upon deletion, all your Points and unredeemed rewards will be permanently forfeited.
13. Inactive Account Policy (New Policy)
If an account remains inactive (no login) for a period of 90 consecutive days, we reserve the right to expire any accumulated Points and reset the balance to zero to maintain server performance.
14. Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. This is a social loyalty program, not an employment or investment scheme. You acknowledge that you are not an employee or contractor of IQ Social.
Damages: In no event shall IQ Social be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
15. Account Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if users:
Violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.
Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
16. Google Play Disclaimer
Google Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor is it involved in any way with, the promotions, contests, or rewards offered within this App. All rewards are solely provided by IQ Social.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
