- Introduction
 
Welcome to IQ Social (“App”), operated by IQ Social (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using, downloading, or installing this App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the App, including all features, services, and digital content provided through it.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
IQ Social is a registered digital service under valid trade license authorization, and it operates in compliance with applicable local and international regulations.
- Definitions
Coins: Virtual in-app points representing engagement value. Coins are not real money, hold no cash value outside the App, and cannot be traded or sold to other users.
Redeem/Payout: The process of converting eligible Coins into real-world rewards (payouts), subject to our verification and policies.
Verification (KYC): The mandatory process of confirming user identity (e.g., national ID, passport) required before any reward payout. - Eligibility & Account
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Only one account per individual is allowed. Duplicate or fake accounts will be permanently banned. - Earning Coins (Engagement Reward System)
Coins are earned naturally through engagement activities—such as liking content, following users, sharing posts, uploading videos, or spending time within the App.
Coins are not given directly for viewing or clicking advertisements.
Coins cannot be exchanged, transferred, or traded between users outside the official App functions. - Redeeming Coins & Fees
Redemption is available only upon reaching the required minimum coin balance.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any payout request is processed.
Redemption requests will include a 15% Service Fee and a fixed coin-to-reward unit conversion rate. Both the fee and the rate will be clearly displayed before confirmation.
Payout Process: Rewards are processed via verified third-party payment partners (e.g., Payoneer, Airwallex) and do not involve direct cash transactions inside the App.
External Processing Disclaimer: Payouts are processed externally via licensed partners; the App itself does not perform any monetary transaction.
Users are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and regulatory compliance related to the rewards received.
We reserve the right to delay or deny redemption if fraudulent activity is detected. - Fraud & Misuse
The use of bots, automation, fake engagement, or any artificial method to earn Coins is strictly prohibited.
Any manipulation may lead to immediate account suspension and permanent forfeiture of all Coins. Our internal review decision shall be final in any dispute. - Advertising Policy (AdMob Compliance)
Ads may appear within the App, managed by our authorized ad partners.
Users are never required to watch ads to earn Coins or rewards. We do not offer direct cash rewards for ad interactions.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any resulting transactions between the user and the advertiser. - Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or fixed income from Coin rewards.
In no event shall IQ Social be liable for indirect or incidental damages caused by the use of the App or reliance on third-party services. - User-Generated Content Policy
 
Users are solely responsible for any content (such as videos, photos, text, comments, or other materials) they upload, post, or share within the App.
You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:
Contains nudity, sexual, or pornographic material.
Promotes violence, self-harm, hate speech, or harassment.
Contains misleading, false, or defamatory information.
Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Includes political propaganda, spam, or fraudulent schemes.
Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
In case of legal requirement or law enforcement request, we may provide necessary information to relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- User Interactions and Messaging Policy
 
Users must interact respectfully with others within the App.
Harassment, bullying, threats, or spamming through messages, comments, or live sessions are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to monitor or remove messages that violate community standards.
Repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent termination of the account.
- Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
 
All content uploaded by users remains their own intellectual property.
However, by posting or sharing content within the App, you grant IQ Social a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license
to display, distribute, and promote that content within the App and related platforms.
You may delete your content at any time, but prior shares or downloads may remain accessible to other users.
- Account Termination Policy
 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if users:
Repeatedly violate our Terms or community guidelines.
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Post harmful, obscene, or threatening material.
Users may also request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
