IQ Social: Rewards & Community Guidelines

We value your time and engagement. To ensure a fair experience and a safe community, please follow the rules below to earn Reward Points through social activities.

1. 📅 Daily Activities (Daily Tasks)
   You earn rewards based on your daily engagement in the app.
   ⏳ Time Rewards: You can earn points for up to 60 minutes of activity per day. This is divided into 4 sessions of 15 minutes each.
   📝 Content Bonus: Earn a bonus by sharing at least 2 posts daily.
   🎥 Live Engagement: Separate rewards are available for hosting and viewing live streams.
2. ⚙️ Activity Tracking Rules
   We only reward real and organic activity.
   ✋ 10-Second Idle Rule: You must remain active (scrolling or visiting pages). If you are inactive (idle) for more than 10 seconds, the timer will pause automatically.
   🔄 60-Second Cycle: The timer counts every 60 seconds as 1 minute. If you exit the app at 59 seconds, that minute will not be counted.
3. 🎭 Mood Match & Messaging (New)
   Make friends based on your vibe!
   ⚡ 4 Daily Sessions: You can participate in “Mood Match” once every 6 hours (4 times a day).
   ❤️ Match Reward: If you match with someone, BOTH users earn rewards and the chat unlocks for FREE.
   🔓 Premium Unlock: If you don’t match but want to message someone, you can use your earned points to unlock the chat instantly.
   ❌ No Match: If a session ends without a match, no points are awarded for that slot.
4. 📦 Claim & Save Policy
   🎁 15-Minute Slot: A “Claim Box” appears after every 15 minutes. You MUST tap it to save points to your wallet.
   ⚠️ Local Data Warning: Points remain on your device until claimed. If you uninstall the app without claiming, these points will be lost.
   🕛 Daily Reset: Daily tasks reset at 12:00 AM (Server Time). Unfinished daily tasks do not carry over to the next day.
5. 🤝 Referral Program (Smart Strategy)
   Invite friends to fill your earning gaps!
   🚀 Gap Filler Strategy: Since daily organic earnings are limited, if you miss a task or Mood Match, you might fall short of the monthly target. Use referrals to cover that loss.
   ⏳ Verified Status: Referral bonuses are added only after your friend becomes an “Organic User” (claims their first reward).
6. 🛡️ Points Validity & Redemption Rules
   💎 No Expiry Policy: Your hard-earned points NEVER expire or reset. If you don’t reach the target this month, your balance rolls over to the next month.
   💳 Redemption Threshold: Once you reach the minimum target (30,000 Points), you can request to redeem your rewards via authorized digital wallets.
   📅 Reward Processing Cycle: We process all approved requests between the 1st and 7th of every month.
   🔐 External KYC Verification: To ensure maximum security, identity verification is NOT done inside the app. You will be redirected to a Secure Web Portal hosted on our Registered Business Domain to complete the verification safely.
   🚫 Ban Policy: Balances from banned accounts (due to hacking/spamming) are forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
7. 🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy
   We are committed to a safe environment.
   🔞 Prohibited: Uploading adult content, nudity, or violence is strictly prohibited.
   🚨 Fraud: Using VPNs, bots, or fake accounts will result in a Permanent Ban.
